I was very impressed with how smooth everything went. My small get together was so fancy I loved it. They're prices were so much lower than their competitors and they gave me an additional discount on the final price. Everything I rented seemed like it was brand new, it was simply beautiful. Nancy took my order, and is just the sweetest women on the face of this earth.

In response to the review about them having poor customer service, it was only poor for them because from the reading the review, it looked like they ordered just 1 table and a few chairs and expected this company to be able to go out of there way and deliver that. That's really funny, and to get mad about that is even funnier.

I am responding to the previous review about the minimum order for delivery. It's obvious that this person's party was very small and that he or she had no budget to throw it. To make such an outrageous review about being so cheap is just ridiculous.

I used this rental company for a baby shower and let me tell you, they not only delivered everything on time, they were ok with me changing and adding/removing things on my order up until a few days before the event. Nancy you are the most patient person in this world!

This place is horrible. Yes, they have great prices but overall horrible service.

I called for a quote & Nancy couldn't properly put a quote together. I asked how much the delivery fee was & she told me but didn't state that their is a minimun purchase before you can have anything delivered.

I had to find out from another employee that their was a minimun when i came in to look at the products.

The next day i called Nancy back & told her what happened and that i wish she told me that their was a minimun charge before they can deliver.

She tried to argue with me & tell me that she told me the minimun charge which is a complete lie.

These people obviously don't know how to run a professional business.

This place is shady & i do not recommend anyone renting from this piece of S@#$ whole in a wall

Thank you guys so much for the most amazing wedding I've ever seen in my life. I loved all the extra decorations that gave it all such a brilliant touch. You were very fast to react to last minute dicisions/orders and everything went smoothly on your part. Much appreciation. Happy Holidays.
