Unprofessional, Unresponsive

We had this company out to repair our air conditioner referred by our home warranty company. They are highly incompetent, inconsiderate, unresponsive and have no clue what they are doing. They refuse to take follow up calls, don't understand the basics of air conditioning systems and have no communication skills. If you need competent and/or reliable repair, ignore these guys. Don't waste your time.
