Provided by YP.comMy 2011 F350 (34,000 miles) popped up with an error message in the console "Please pull over safely now" on Wednesday. The truck shut down completely. I had it towed to O'Mera and Mark helped me get it checked in. Mark has always been great to work with and this time was no different. They service crew initially though it was a software update issue and made the update. The day after I took the truck home the "check engine" light came on. I brough the truck back and Mark apologized for the on-going issues. He helped me get a rental car and checked the truck's error codes. It truned out to be the same error which meant I had a bad sensor not just a software issue. Mark just called about 10 minutes ago starting the truck was ready. Although I'm not happy that I had this issue with my new (3 years is new to me) truck I do feel like Mark and team did a good job of making things right. When they didn't get the problem fixed the first time they immeadiately took the truck back in and corrected the problem. I hope I won't be back a 3rd time.

Provided by YP.comGreat service as always. I called ahead on my oil change to see if I needed anything else done on the car. Thought I needed a fuel filter but when I arrived they rechecked the records and no additional services beyond the oil change were needed. With coupons and discounts, I got the Works Package and tire rotation for $24 including tax. Thanks O'Meara!

Provided by YP.comI had a very POSITIVE experience buying a car at O'Meara Ford. I had read some negative reviews about them, so I was hesitant to go there. But, I signed up to receive some internet responses from Ford Dealers about my car search. Michael John from O'Meara was the first person to both email and text me. He was very professional and attentive to what I wanted. When I drove up to the dealership, I was met by Nick Long. Nick helped me along the way with my car purchase. Also, very helpful and kind was Sales Manager Steve Compton. He reassured me, and he also helped me by providing Ford rebates, and he gave me a good price for my trade in vehicle. Justin Chavez, the New Car Manager, assisted in showing me the car features. I drove in with a 99 Honda Accord (with 187,000 miles on it.) And I drove out with a brand new 2013 Ford Fiesta. I thought I was happy then...
But the next day I got a call from the finance department. Robin Pejsa assisted me further by informing me that they had found a bank that would lower my interest rate. So, I went back to sign the papers to reduce my interest rate which reduced my monthly payment.
...Long story short...I HIGHLY recommend O'Meara Ford. You will be treated well and fairly.
