I took my HP desktop in recently, with multiple issues, some relating to recent Windows updates that were pushed out. I detailed these to iFixit, and asked for a diagnostic. Instead, they returned it two days later - having apparently only run a virus scan, they found two bugs, deleted them, and charged me $50. When I took it home and found the other issues remained, I returned, and they offered to do a system reinstall. I asked them 2-3 times if would back up my Edge favorites, and the tech agreed. When I got it back the next day, of course, the favorites had not been backed up. Essentially, they didn't listen to a thing that I asked them to do, took the simplest, least effort means to resolve, and gave it back to me.

Absolutely, A total ripoff! To charge for service is never a problem. But to up charge a customer because they feel they can, is bad business. I was quoted a price to fix my phone flap of $15 for the part and $20 for labor. When I asked to just buy the part I was told it would be $25 for the part, because he was running a business and couldn't sell the part for the same price he paid for it. Well, I went home and looked on amazon. Not only did I get one flap but I got two and the precision screw driver to fix my phone for $6 including the shipping of 2-days guaranteed. I support local business but no likes to be taken advantage of or ripped off. "If it allowed I would give No stars."

This place has been excellent to work with. Their prices are more than reasonable and it's always great to go to friendly people who know what they're doing. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Best service I've ever had. Came in without appointment for iPhone repair. They were able to get me right in. I was back to work in no time.

Best place ever. Really needed my phone fixed and they were able to get the part in fast and fix it the same day. Most places take 2 or 3 weeks to get parts in and fix your items put this only took a little over 5 days. Works for me!!! I would recommend this place for people who are in a hurry to fix there phones!!! Thanks so much guys!!!

Fast service with friendly people. Not sure what the last people were talking about. I know the repair industry is tough. I'm a mechanic and always have people trying to blame us for their cars existing damage. I feel your pain!

Would never recommend this to anybody. Ive had the worst customer service of my life. I had a broken microphone in a samsumg galaxy phone and was told to leave my phone there till the following thursday this being said on a monday and the part would arrive and i could pick up my phone. This is now thw following monday and i still have not recieved my phone i have called muiltiple times asking of expected delivery dates for the part or expected pick up times when it would be finished. To which the employee responded dont call me ill call you when its ready. It costing me $220 for a new microphone and screen which was broken during the microphone repair process. And i could have gone though my carrier and paid less for a brand new phone with warranty which would have happened overnight. Will not return and will never recommend.

got my phone back from them (same phone i bought from them almost a year ago) they reset my iphone, i got it back worse that i gave it. the screws on the bottom are missing, they didnt fix it right and i can take my phone apart, in 1/2 sideways....

I dropped my Xbox 360 off to have a tray drive repaired. The price was cheap but when I picked it up my console looked like I was beat to death. Its was brand new when I dropped it off but now is full of scratches and scuffs, and has some sort of glue or adhesive on it. I would expect to get my property back in the same condition. I will never bring anything back there.
