I made an appointment for a mini pedi with the receptionist the day before and at that time I had my choice of time slots.

When I showed up for my appointment I was booked under a mini mani, immediately the scrambling and loud mumbling amongst the people working there began... I even overheard the nail tech say "sh**" not to me directly but I heard it and it did not make me feel relaxed at all.

I have never had a pedicure before and was really looking forward to it, so this appointment was a disapointment for me.

While the technician did a decent job, I felt she did just what she had to - to get me in and out as quickly as possible, like an unwanted task.

Because of this mistake I can't say that I will be coming here again.

Nothing is as relaxing being fully aware they were not expecting you -and then going on and on about it (small place so you can hear everyone and everything)

This place is not all about you.
