Excellent! Care is great; customer service (usually) great (sometimes when there is a holiday, lobby gets crowded, but that happens at every place during holidays). Also, staff is very flexible when we change pick-up dates, even offering a free bath since I came back a day early - dogs love it there and race to get in

THEY LOST MY DOG!

IIn my opinion Wiggly Tails has one job: keep my dog safe while I am away. They completely failed in every way possible. We received a phone call at 7 am on Thanksgiving morning from a woman who had found my dog soaking wet in a gas station. We dashed to pick him up, delaying our trip out of town. We were so thankful that someone found him and that he had managed to safely cross Willow Road (extremely busy). When we returned to Wiggly Tails to pick up his bed and food, the workers didn’t know who he was and had not noticed he was missing. They gave no proposed reason for his escape. The workers seemed to all be extremely young, aloof, and apathetic. They also refused to give us the owner/manager's number so we could figure out what had happened. Later, the owner called us and said that our 25 pound dog had "opened" 2 crate doors, 1 large door, and pressed the handicap button to open the outside door. Coincidentally he managed to do this without a scratch on him, without scr

Great vacation spot for the dawgy ...........

Our terrier is a constant and happy visitor and boarder at Wiggly . Don't be put off by the industrial exterior , the owners and staff are warm and caring and our dog is always happy to go , exhausted when he leaves and is a better and more socialized for being there . You could not ask more from a facility .

Poor service--dog injury not reported

I was very upset with their service, in which a significant injury to my dog (torn acl) was not reported to me. When I picked her up from a 1 night boarding (my first time there)they reported she had done fine, no problems, so they took my money and sent me on. When I left I noticed she was walking with a significant limp, not using her left rear leg at all. When I went back in to ask about it, they had no record of any injury, and no comment in her "report card." After subsequent phone call with the owner, I was told they had noticed her limp about 3 hours after she had come there, but didn't see anything happen. No one called me to report any injury. After a $300 vet bill the next day, have verified she has a torn acl ligament in her knee, that will need to be surgically repaired (probably $2000). Unreasonable service to board your dog, have a significant injury, and no report from there, or any accomodation made to address it. Will definitely not recommend this to others.

A clean well run business that offers loads of indoor and outdoor exercise areas with employees monitoring the dogs all day. Boarding dogs have their own separate facilities overnight and they are free to exercise with day care dogs during the day.
