My friend had her ducts cleaned by Servpro of Northbrook and told me of what a great job they did, that I wanted to do that as well. They came and cleaned out all of the vents from all of the accumulated dust. Who really wants to breathe that? I feel so great knowing that we got rid of excess dust that was hazardous to my health as well as my kids. I will be doing this once a year from now on. Thanks guys

We recently starting smelling an odor coming from our basement, when Servpro came out, they informed us about having mold. For my kids safety, I wanted that gone asap but the problem was my basement was full of items. (furniture, toys, clothes, big screen tv, etc.) Servpro offered to pack all of my belongs, move it, clean everything to make sure mold is not there and hold storage space until my basement is completely ready. I was really impressed because they did above and beyond for us.

My basement flooded and my insurance rep suggested I call Servpro of Northrbook. Even though they had many appointments that day, they were nice enough to squeeze me in knowing that I have standing water. Four guys came in, very friendly and professional and just got right to it. I really liked that they tried everything they could to save my belongings and to protect my furniture. They covered all of my stuff and moved it all to another room and then continued with their job. Seeing that they cared about my personal items made me appreciative. Now we have them come for maintenannce cleaning every season.

I called Servpro of Northrbook because i had a little water on my carpet in the basement. When they came, using their professional equipment, they told me that I needed to remove the padding underneath the carpet but they saved my actualy carpet. they wanted to prevent mold from spreading so they made sure it was not on the inside of my walls. I would have never knew any of this, and I am glad that I still have the same carpet, because I've had it for years. They informed me that if we don't take care of this , the problem will get worse, and mold will start to form. So now , I am safe and mold free.

I called Servpro of Northrbook to clean my two couches, they were looking a little rusty, filled with dog hair, and I had a few stains. They came and handled the fabric with caution & care, & I liked that. They removed mostly everything and I am grateful I don't see any more hair. I was nervous about the price because I am retired. They even cleaned my ottoman as a complimentary service!! I will be calling them again in the near future.

My in laws were coming into town so I wanted to clean all of the carpets to make a nice impression. I called Servpro late, (1 day before they were coming) and they came out. They did a great job and left my house spectacular. My wife and I were really pleased.

From my personal experience, any company that does what you asked for, makes you happy, and does everything they promised, I stick with them! Servpro of Northbrook offered reasonable prices, and addressed all of my personal needs. My advice is to try them out and see for yourself. You won't regret it.

I was a little nervous calling Servpro for my flooding in the basement, but once I called and heard how polite, educational, and helpful the customer service rep was.. I knew I made the right choice. The crew came out and was just as professional and hard working. They got the job done, but to me the way they treated their customers is going to make me refer them to others.

Now I never thought I'd have to use a business like this, but after seeing firsthand how they can quickly and efficiently remove fire and water damage to a home, they have been put on our "emergency repairs" list of business'. I first came to experience SERVPRO Northbrook when a friend had a small kitchen fire...the mess was unbelievable and the smell was horrendous! Not believing anything short of gutting the kitchen and starting from scratch, would help, I felt I owed it to my friend to stay with her as she had SERVPRO come see what they could do. To make a long story short, SERVPRO not only cleaned up the smoke and fire damage but the smell as well. After they left the premises, if I hadn't known there had been a fire there, I wouldn't have believed it! They are that good! And water damage...well, water damage can happen to anyone. A pipe can burst, your hot water heater can conk out and worse yet, your sump pump can cease working due to lightning strikes or simple old age. And when

Servpro of Northbrook did a great job drying out our home after a substantial flood in our kitchen and living area. He brought in 13 large green dryers and humidifiers. Since the flood seeped under the baseboard, we had a concern about MOLD growing inside the walls.



Thankfully our insurance company sent Servpro of Northbrook before the word MOLD was uttered. Nevertheless, we repeated the word MOLD to Servpro and the insurance adjuster about two hundred times just so they knew that we knew.



We lived with the giant green machines for three days terrifying the pets and annoying the kid. Yes. They were loud and they were everywhere but there is NO MOLD ten days from the flood. NO. MOLD. Mike came daily and took readings throughout the house to determine the remaining moisture. He also took three rugs to clean and dry, came back beautiful.

This was not a fun week and the floor was totaled but we are very happy with the end result. NO MOLD. Servpro is good at what they do. This is the company that went into the Pentagon after 9/11 and performed that horrific cleanup job.
