I had the pleasure of dealing with Abner Garcia. He went above and beyond to help me get into a new car, in these difficult times to get a car. I'm not the fastest customer, fyi, and he was patient, never frustrated, and was understanding of my situation and was compassionate.
I was lucky to deal with a human being buying a car and not a salesperson.
If you want compassion and understanding and someone who listens to you and what you want in a car, you HAVE TO have Abner help you!!!

Recently brought my Yaris in for servicing. Elvin Rodriguez assisted me. I have dealt with Mr. Rodriguuez a number of times, and each time he is friendly, very efficient, clear in his explanations AND he is honest in what needs doing and what does not. This last has made me return to Lia Toyota Northampton over and over again. Honesty at a dealership is not always their practice.

Recently purchased a 2018 CrV from Lia Toyota, very happy with the overall experience. Koren O'Sullivan was my point of contact and he made good on his promise to make my trip worthwhile. Very professional, respectful and efficient negotiation process, no high pressure sales tactics. Car was ready for pickup next day, detailed and fueled up. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here.

I went in to Lia Toyota Northampton for a manufacturer recall on my Prius, and also an oil change. Lindsay Heart did an outstanding job from the moment I walked into the place. She was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly -- can't ask for more. This was my first visit to Lia, they are now my first choice when my Prius needs servicing.

Their service department is excellent. They take our car on time and it's ready when promised. Elvin Rodriguez is personable and conscientious and makes sure everything is done and explains all services to us and any concerns for future service.

Lia Toyota of Northampton is definitely a top notch dealership. I've had nothing but positive experiences in both their sales and service departments.
Having recently purchased a new car from them, I can say that it was an easy and low pressure experience. The salesman I worked with, Korean O'Sullivan, was very friendly and also very knowledgeable. He easily answered all the questions I had about the car and the options for buying it.
The service department is also great. I often brought my previous car there and plan to do the same with the new one.

Even though I was just in for a scheduled 5,000 mile maintenance (new car) Lindsay Firmani was very helpful and friendly. When I happened to mention that I was thinking about getting snow tires for this winter, she told me about Toyota's tire sale - buy 3, get 1 free - and answered my questions about tires and snow.

Desaun Martinez was very helpful. I came in knowing and having done all my research with what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. He got me the best deal that I was more then happy with. I feel extremely confident that I was not taken advantage of.

Service Advisor Lindsay Firmani is super!! She knows her business and makes certain service is completed as it should be (accurately and timely). Lindsay inspires confidence in the entire process. Melinda M.

Lidsey Firmani is an excellent service dept. rep. She always goes out her to May sure My car gets everything handled at the best possible time & price. I have ever confidence that Lia will make sure my car is serviced, safe & road ready.

The service department at Lia Toyota of Northampton is excellent. The service manager, Justin Laramie did a great job in helping me get four new tires for my vehicle at a very reasonable price. He was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him and the service department!

Did some research on line first and then went to the lot to check out the cars. Worked with Joe K and looked at two Avalon hybrids. Took both home to show my wife and get a feel for each. I really appreciated this accommodation. Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgable without being "high pressure." I ended up buying one of the Avalons and found everyone there at the showroom to be helpful, engaged, and honest with me. Plus, it was a great deal! I highly recommend this business.
