This store has a horrible business practice! My wife purchased some hockey jerseys back in July. We were possibly going to use them for a fundraiser being held on September 29th but we weren't sure. The manager documented that we could return them up until today, September 30th, if we didn't need them. My wife attempted to return them today, unused with the tags still on. The manager refused to take them back and went back on his written agreement. Bad way to do business. Customer service is everything in this day and age due to heavy competition. Doubt they will stay in business long if they continue to not honor agreements made with customers.
