Nice facility, incredible selection of inventory, and the staff are great about following up. Brandon Hall made us feel welcome and answered all our questions, helping us make the best choice for us.

We rented an RV from Access RV in Salt Lake. The rental reservation process was seamless and they are very communicative and quick with a response. The website training videos are super helpful and we were even able to get a special request taken care of! The staff are friendly and helpful - just ask!

Five stars to brandon, the internet salesman. i found a really good deal on rvtrader.com and primarily did the deal via email....Brandon has excellent communication, he always responds within ten minutes..



i kinda went back and forth weather to buy a truck camper....i made him type it up twice and i never detected even a hint of fustration. his no pressure technique made me feel very comfortable. it was pleasure dealing with brandon and access rv!!!

great people : easy to work with and low pressure. We worked with Brandon and found a good deal on what we were looking for., which was kind of specific. Used inventory seems a bit hit and miss if you have some specifics you want, but Access RV is absolutely worth checking.

I called about a trailer I saw in their online inventory. Tommy Lees answered and was just a pleasure from the first sentence! He worked with me through the entire process without high pressure. He knew the stock and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the sale. Everyone I came in contact with at Access were friendly and worked to get me into a beautiful Pioneer at a price I could afford.

I've rented many RV's in different parts of the country with no issues so I have to say that this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Be very careful about what paperwork you sign with Access RV if you end up renting with them. I was hit with almost $1600 in extra charges when I returned the RV. $1600!!! I have all paperwork to show you so feel free to ask. I paid top dollar and was pleased at first.



I even paid for 3 hours of prepaid cleaning which I thought would be more than enough but they hit me for and additional 9 hours at $65 an hour, that's $585 in extra cleaning fees alone. We even spent a couple hours ourselves cleaning before we returned.



They were trying to charge me $504 for generator charges but I had that reduced to $100.

$85 for a broken stove cover,really. There was no way to even dispute these charges on site since we dropped off at a lot for airport pickup and did not see a representative from the company. Right next to the lot is a gas station where we filled up and only had to drive about 100ft but I was still charged for partial gas fill up.



I rented an RV on the east coast a couple weeks before this and experienced none of these issues or extra charges. Remember that once you sign the contract you are screwed if you wish to fight any of the charges which is what I found out the hard way. Don’t make my mistake.

We recently returned from our vacation with our rented RV and it was one of the best vacations of our lives! We ended up visiting a place that was a couple hundred miles away and traveling that far with children in a squishy car is a nightmare- however, traveling in an RV was a dream. The kids could sit at the table and color, play legos, eat lunch, and even sleep while we drove. It was the best road trip I have ever had. The service was amazing. The staff was friendly and polite, the RV was incredibly clean and even smelled brand new when we picked it up. I was in and out and on the road in a matter of minutes. They answered every question that I had and were wonderful to work with. I grew up with an RV and remember the maintenance that came with owning one. Renting one a couple times a year takes care of the cost associated with maintenance, storage, and any other issues that you run into over the years of owning one. I would recommend Access RV to all my family and friends- they made our vacation wonderful!

We recently rented a motorhome from Access RV. I enjoyed all the sweet bows housekeeping tied everything up with. To them it is probably just a useful way to keep everything together, but to me, it was like a little gift from home...having my linens and such tied up so nice and personal-like.

I went to Camping World in Draper, and not only are they very rude, but no deals what so ever, pricing always changing, So I went to Access RV in Salt Lake, Very Friendly, go out of there way to tell you what you need to know and what you want to know, Andy was my salesman great guy, Kevin is the sales manager, I promise you will get what you are looking for at Access RV.
