I came in here to see if they could help me fix my ecig. Jay took it to look at it. He trys to give it back to me 2 minutes later saying its completely broken now. It used to work with one tank now it works with none. I told him since he broke it completely he needed to do something about it. He tried to give me a $10 battery. Keep in mind this is a $70 battery he just broke. He says he doesn't know his owners phone number, yet calls her. She is coming up here now. Let's see how this goes.

Lucky Vapor is 1 of the best Vapor Bars in Dallas / Ft. Worth. They have great prices compared to the larger chain-stores, a much higher quality & better selection of e-juices to choose from and I have always had a positive experience every time I shop here. I live in Lewisville TX, so I drive by 100 vapor shops to come here and I would do it every time because it's just worth it. The best part for me though, is that for an extra dollar and some Change they will take my order over the phone and send me my juice via US Postal Service and I get it in 1-2 days tops. I will continue to shop here forever and send as many people as I can there way so they stay around for a long time!! 5 STARS for Super-Awesomeness!!!

Had to wait 25 minutes the first time I went in before I could get someone to wait on me...took half my lunch hour. All I needed was a battery...the help seemed more interested in chatting with people sitting and trying out different juices...three people behind the counter...I felt invisible. I did love one of the tobacco flavors...a couple of weeks later, I returned to buy the same tobaccos juice, got home and the it tasted NOTHING like the first bottle I tried...it tasted awful...they dont have a tenth of the number of juices Vaporescene or Mid Cities Vapor has...prices are good though..

This place is really neat. Got everything I needed without feeling like I was in line for a ride at Six Flags. Lots of service stations and plenty of attention. I will do all my shopping here from now on. PS: Great pizza right next door.....

I went in and felt like I do in other shop I frequent . The counter help were not freaky looking.
The service was great, e-juice tasty. I did not feel like I was in a smoke shop.
I liked the layout best off all the shops in my area. I'll be back luck vapor !

The prices are really good here, but the juice burns out my coils with the quickness, I went through two T2 Clearomizer coils and two EVOD Clearomizer coils after 30 ml. That’s 4 coils one bottle NOT COOL!



I also really didn’t care for the sales person at the store, after I went through two coils I went back to the store to see if I could realize what the issue was. He had some really believable excuses, but unfortunately he had too many, and none of them were consistent. He suggested that someone else had the same issue with the T2 Clearomizer I bought the EVOD.



The most insulting part of my experience is that he blamed everything but the liquid. Saying that I am using the product too often, if I’m using it all day throughout the day. And my nicotine level at 24 mg is way to high, and if I lowered my amount I wouldn’t burn the coils out so fast. Funny though I’ve been using 24 mg for over 9 months now, and I never burned up a coil that fast. But if by his logic, the product is not intended to be used frequently through the day, and it’s not meant to handle the amount of nicotine I require to be satisfying. Then the most logical solution would be to go back to smoking cigarettes, and I would have no reason to be in his store in the first place.



So my experience taught me that Lucky Vapor, they have low prices on hardware, less then quality juice and customer service, that gives false advice. As a customer I do not trust their product or anything they tell me.

i tried Lucky Vapor for the first time earlier in the week. I was so impressed by their service that I felt compelled to write this review. They were by far the friendliest, most accommodating staff I have come across in a Vape shop. Vape shops are everywhere these days, but its a real challenge to find one that has a high level of concern for customer satisfaction AND a quality product that is made right in store! They will even make custom flavors for you if that's your thing! Three Cheers for Lucky Vape. I feel lucky to have found you!

Great place to buy vapors. Lots of flavors to choose from. Great prices, great atmosphere, very friendly and helpful people. Will do all of my buying here! I highly recommend them. I love that you can sample the favors before you buy them, and that they mix them on site for you. I have been there twice and have not been dissatisfied!
