I have never boarded my dog there, I have talked to people who have and they all
Have had a horrible experiences. I am sitting here at the dog park behind this place and it is horrendous how they treat the dogs. If they fight no one cares; who knows if they have fresh water, all I see is two tubs just thrown out in the Nast yard. It is disgusting!! I would never ever ever leave my pet there!!

How dare you not take an animal with puncture wounds to an emergency vet when you have the permission of their owners. You just left that poor dog in a kennel bleeding to death. Shame on you!

Make sure if you show up, "for the nickel tour" to use the app on your phone that measures the temperature. Then make sure if the AC or heat is on. When you are getting the, "nickel tour", please sniff the ,"clean" towels used on groom dogs. Self serve towels are bleached, but groom towels are only washed if there is pee on them. No-one is there between the hours of 6 pm and 7 am, so what are you paying for? If you file a freedom of info motion with the city of North Richland Hills you can see the full story on how many dogs have been injured or gotten ill while boarding there.

I have taken my dog here for over 6 years. He is always so excited when I tell him "let's go see Jerry"! He has always been well cared for at Jerry's. I highly recommend them!

Our dog didn't receive medical treatment after being bitten. Instead she was left in a cage bleeding for almost 7 hours until we came to get her.

Have taken my dogs here since opening years ago. Staff stays the same which is important to me- my dogs love going here. Great grooming and customer service is fantastic. Owner Jerry is personable and a dog owner himself. Cheeto and Tex are always friendly and greet you every time.

I can't say enough kind words about Jerry's Paw Spaw. My dog jumps out of the car and pulls me to the door when he goes to playcare every week. I am greeted warmly by Jerry and his staff, and I always know my dog is in good hands and will have a fun day playing. I especially like it when Jerry's staff plays outside with the dogs. The groomers are also great! Jerry's is a wonderful, happy place for my dog.

Anyone I know who has used this place have had terrible to outrageous experiences. Would not bring my babies there. Steer clear.

We have had mini schnauzers for over 10 years, and have always kept their hair a bit long. Never before have we had a groomer completely ignore our instructions to "keep the long skirt and face long and keep trimming got a minimum for the winter". When my wife went to pick up our dogs their skirts were cut down to less than 1/2 and inch in length. To add insult to injury, it is 35 degrees outside. When my son asked Jerry why he disregarded the instructions, he said that there was no other way to cut them because we let the hair grow too long and it was matted. This was simply not true, as we bathe, condition, and comb their hair at least every week if not more often to avoid tangles. It will take 8 to 12 months to get their hair back to the original length, and there is nothing else to do but warn others about our less than pleasant experience.

My wife just had a super-disturbing experience, for her 1st time visit. While waiting, a lady appeared and grabbed our puppy. Our puppy (a quiet dog), yelped & barked! The owner immediately started yelling at my wife to have our puppy calm down. When my wife tried to explain about the stranger, the owner got more upset & seemed confused. When my wife tried to explain, "That Lady, right there... just grabbed my dog!" the owner got super-angry and then physically ushered my wife out the door!



We're having to restrain ourselves from a confrontation, but we're warning others. We later found out that the owner felt my wife was racist for saying, "that lady!" What the HECK?!! That man is either mentally unstable or he's on something.



STAY AWAY!!!

Do NOT take your pet here. Petsmart would do a better job. The owner is unprofessional and VERY rude! Go to Fireplug Inn in Southlake. Ask for hailey! So did a great job!

Would not reccomend boarding pets at this facility!!! After my dog received an eye injury while being boarded, The facility failed to even notice the injury or that the eye was completely matted shut and had been for a while nor did they seek the medical attention for her that I was assured would happen in the event of an illness or any other unforeseen incident. Business refuses to take responsibilty for their neglegence.

DO NOT GO THERE! We dropped off our completely healthy lab on Fri afternoon and picked him up on that Sun. Once we got home we were shocked to see major cuts and bruises with bleeding around his groin area nearby his privates. It looked like he had been attacked by a wild beast. We called Jerry immediately and he was very nonchalant about it and just said that our dog is very playful and that is probably how he got the scratches. A day later our dog started to cough very loudly followed by vomiting the day after. We waited for a couple of days to see if it got better but his symptoms actually got worse. A friend of ours who used to work for a vet told us that our dog has "kennel cough". We called Jerry up to see if he had that going around in his kennel and were very disappointed to see that he basically didn't care. He said that our dog showed up with the symptoms and got his own dog infected. We asked him why he didn't call us if he thought our dog was sick. He couldn't tell us why he didn't do that. Well, we know it was because our dog was not sick when we dropped him off. We had our shot records with us when we were dropping him off but Jerry never checked them. So, makes us wonder if he doesn't check them for other dogs either. Jerry's attitude about this whole incident was very uncaring and we are extremely unhappy to pay almost $80 to get our dog sick and now we have additional vet bills to take care of too. We will not go back there.

just sux the only good thing was the groomer and now shes gone. Says dogs get supervision only till 12 and then they are on their own. Jerry sits on the computer and the dog fend for them selves. Too cheap to pay for someone to stay.... Sometimes your dog might not get fed no kennal help at night and if his kids dont do it no one will.
