This is a Rip-of . Gave an estimate for grout cleaning and restoration in a small shower , only did the floor of the shower , did not touch walls , called owner several times and no answer , beware of this people ! .

Had grout done in kitchen, powder room and entrance with their product. It looks brand new again. They matched the grout color perfectly, as well as being very polite, neat and professional. I'm having them return to do master bath. Great job, I couldn't be happier!

Jim and Clay just left our house, they spent four hours refinishing the tile in two rooms and the courtyard around our pool. I have to say they did a fantastic job and on top of that they were as friendly and professional as anyone could hope for.

Not only do I agree with the other review (sloppy work and do not honor their warranty), the work they performed for me in 2014 was paid by me. I filed a claim for warranty reimbursement with the manufacturer - unknown to me, Ameritech also filed and received the Warranty reimbursement too. They received the full payment TWICE and in 4 months, they have not returned phone calls or refunded my payment. They have taken both payments. DO NOT TRUST this company. We will end up in small claims court, very likely. Brian is slick. Company is slick operating. Find another company for your needs.
