I have to see this watchmaker on several occasions with less expensive watches to heirlooms. He has performed high quality work for a fair price. Craftsmen of this calibre are both hard to find and harder to trust. I hope he can stay in business for many years to come, as I am returning for another visit tomorrow. MB Gartner, Boca Raton

Overall my experience was positive in recently getting my watch cleaned and battery replaced. However I do agree with a prior review about the poor attitude of the owner, which is why I took one star away from my rating. If you can live with the arrogant European attitude you will be rewarded with an experienced watch technician who will provide quality service for your Swiss watch.

My husband had good rolex repair work done here on four watches; however, I had a very different experience. I went in and asked if he changed watch batteries. He said yes but only with a next day pick-up. When I inquired if he knew of any other place that could take care of this in a more immediate fashion, as I needed to wear the watch. He rudely said maybe there was but he didn't know of any. When I returned to my office my colleague siad she had a very similar experience (the rudeness). I will never return, she will never return and my husband will never have our watches cleaned or repaired there again. A smile and a happy tone can really make things better.

Excellent repair work done on my Rolex, very knowledgable.Also, they have a good selection of watches for sale.Much more reasonable than any store in the mall.
