We have used this card printing service for a few years! 3 out of 5 orders were always printed incorrectly. We would have to prove that we submitted the order correctly to get them re-printed. We then had to return the mis-printed boxes. Never a warm friendly return experience. We waited over a month to discover our last (repeat) order had the wrong last name in 1 of the 3 places it was printed. I was >>>screamed <<<at by a "MGR" and told to take my business elsewhere. And that, we will do! Sad to see how quickly they are willing to send away a repeat client with hundreds of orders placed over the years. Customer service is NOT what you will get from this outfit, although their hold music claims superior service...Consider yourself warned.
