Founded in 1908, Guttenplan's Frozen Dough has grown from a small retail bakery to a large wholesale producer of a vast array of frozen dough. The company s 70,000 square foot manufacturing facility in North Middletown, N.J., produces more than 300 different products using the finest ingredients, formulations and its exclusive frozen dough processes. Its products include bagels, rolls, breads, baguettes, sweet goods, seasonal products, pizza dough, breadsticks, artisan and specialty breads and fat free muffins. From a company that in the 1950s served between 50 and 60 wholesale customers, Guttenplan's Frozen Dough has grown to employ more than 100 people and service over 300 wholesale customers throughout New Jersey and surrounding states.
