Problems with cancellation every time wanted to cancelled was scammed to stay, but keep paying. Wanted to cancel due to problems with service, broken and mal factional machines/equipment, unpleasant experiences, constant extra pay here and there. Today I learned that they will charge me 2 more month to cancel today. I went online and found numerous cases like mine. check it out by yourself on google



WHo does business like this? ANd don't care for their customers to be happy and just be CHARGED?!

Planet Beach North Miami Beach is a fraud. I also had their services which i didn't really care for. I was trying to cancel giving them more then enough ample time to do so. but they said i need to personally go in and speak to the Spa Coordinator, although i have emphasized that our schedules are completely different and i cant meet with her at the time that she will be in. So they offered to frreeze my account for a few months, which i kept getting charged each month and had to call and ask for a credit back. Which in turn took about 2 weeks and even at times instead of crediting me they charged me. I finally got fed up with it, and got a new card, Now i received a letter that i owe a balance (which i haven't used their services in about 8mths or more) and if it's not paid they will send me to collections. I am still dealing with this issue, i came to planet beach to Relax and have not received anything but a headache from them. I do not reccommend them or their services. Really pushy people, don't make anything easy for you. P.s it asked me to give the business a star rating but they don't deserve not any
