Dr. Gutierrez is a very nice man, he speaks with you one on one as if he has all the time in the world just for you. If you have a general question and would like a call back, don't expect one because he will not call you back unless it is an emergency. The only way you're gonna be able to speak with him is if you make an appointment. His staff would gladly schedule a "Consultation" priced at over 175.00 just for you to speak with him personally in his office. I know someone who has been going to him for over 10 years and delivered her children and she never seems to have problems, but I do. The office staff is rude, when I called several times asking why the doctor has not called, she asks me if I was pregnant and I said no, then she said he probably won't call and to give it 1 more day. On a visit, my skin had a breakout from their soap in the restroom, I red spots traveling all over my hands and arms, and I showed a nurse there, and she laughed at me and said " Whats the matter? are you allergic to soap?". I got highly offended and decided not to return.
