The customer service is horrible. the employee Tony has such a horrible attitude with most of his custome. And always picking at the employees who are not from his own race. They are all mostly racist and very prejudice toward the black ppl. Witch truly sucks because those are the same ppl who makes sure they put the food in there mouth. They even talk bad about the other nail shops that are in there district who are owned by the same of there kind, its just so sad to see that in a work areaNeedless to say they dont clean or disinfect the tools the proper way the all just brush them with soap and water and spay alcohol. When all tools need to be emerged into the desinfected liquid atleast to make sure all bacteria is killed n sterilized but thats not done eitheR. They all sit there and talk to the customer and tell them how there job is better then the next when they all work in the same place. Hen I was there once a customer was complaining how they did a halfass job done on a full pay service. There are so many things in that one shop. For one sanitation is horrible from salon to tools. There is not good customer serve that they dont even accept CC as a payment. And they just love to judge and give you an evil eye to those who tip them less then 5.00 not to mention when u dont tip them
