Garver is a full-service engineering firm with offices in six states. The firm was founded in 1919 as a consulting engineering business. Garver provides mechanical engineering services and electrical engineering services, including internal distribution systems, transmission systems and substations, instrumentation, SCADA systems, and other control systems. The firm also provides landscape architectural service, design of recreational facilities, land surveying and engineering surveying, and engineering services during construction. Garver s civil engineering capabilities have expanded to include highways, traffic engineering, water and sewerage systems, environmental permitting, military engineering, industrial waste treatment, airports, railroad facilities and barge terminals, residential subdivisions, industrial parks, sites for buildings of all kinds, industrial buildings, aircraft hangars, drainage and hydrology.
