Ordered and arrangement for our daughters wedding anniversary on sat 2/24/18 around noon . the tptal cost was $65.00 they delivered to mty house left outside on a pedestal in bad weather. and was armed with both our daughters phone # and ours and neither of us was called the wind blew them over the vase was shattered flowerers scattered over porch and yard. left voice ,mail and sent email this weekend . waited till 1030 today for a response but none I then called spoke with a young mail named Alex he was very nice put me on hold and said either himself or Scott or Stacie would pick up phone it was Stacie seemed very nice and said would send an upgrade. our daughter received them no ribbon on the vase not as many flowers as was in the original one very poorly arranged. very dissatisfied but it was first time to use them since I am out of state and the last my daiughter and granddaughter live there and I will encourage them never to use them supposed top have been upgrade from $65 and got maybe $20 worth of flowerers very disappointed but I hope this review might save someone else disappointment

I've had many arrangements done by Fairy Tale Florals over several years - all have been so wonderful and professional and beautiful. Never have I been disappointed in anything the shop has done for me. My daughter's wedding was beautiful - flowers, delivery and setup was lovely and professional. My niece's wedding was fantastic - they even went beyond by moving arrangements from the church to the reception site. My family could not be more pleased with Fairy Tale Florals.

I only gave 1 star because it won't allow zero. I spent $65 for the arrangement, delivery, and tax. What I received was worth about $20....and that includes the $10 delivery fee. I live out of state and had it delivered to a friend and I asked my friend to send me a picture....my heart sank. I could have done better with my 7 year is niece making it. Very disappointed. Total waste of money.����

I think this place might be a good floral place, but if there you can find another floral place I would say go there!!! I had a meeting about what I wanted. When I called for the deposit amount they had a different amount of what I previously ordered. I had to get that cleared up. I ordered 16 vases for a wedding. Then I called to pay for the rest of my balance and I asked about delivery. I had previsouly asked for them to be delivered in my first inital meeting but I'm guessing when the person adjusted the price the first time they did not put the delivery back on there. I don't know. So she told me eitehr pay for delivery or come pick them up. I had it at this point and was not going to give them anything else. I told them I would come pick them up. Considering it is their products I would think they would have them sitting in a box when I come pick them up that would be the courteous thing and practical. However they had them sitting in nothing. The worker asked did I have a box for them and bubble wrap. Now, I'm planning a wedding and this is the day before the wedding, if I needed that why wouldn't you just tell me that over the phone when I stated I would pick them up. Whelp, I was so frustrated I just paid for delivery at this point there was no way I could go and get all that, wrap them up and complete other errands for the wedding. Wrapping them up, e.t.c. I thought was the owners responsibility. So once they were delivered I had two different sizes!!! I specifically, ordered, and paid for one specific size and if they did not have all of them then they should have informed me in my initial meeting. I was livid, and this was the day of the wedding, this was totally ridiculous! Not to mention all the vases were dirty with hand prints, spots, e.t.c. If you have someone delievering them then shouldn't they have bubble wrap on them so they don't get dirty like you wanted me to have bubble wrap. Anyway it don't get any better. I called the day of the wedding which was so frustrating the guy that I initally delt with blurrted out "I will give you back $35.00" which is my deposit ........go figure. Anywho I had to figure out what to do with two different sizes of vases. I returned the vases clean, with bubble wrap on each 16, in two boxes. Now I'm a woman, and I had to carry each box in myself, with no help. there were three workers in the store no one offered to help, or even HOLD the door open I had to struggle with all 16 vases, as if they wanted me to break something. I promise you can't make this stuff up! The people are unprofessional, rude, forgetful, they charge you for the wrong things, get mad at you for their mistakes, send you the wrong size vases. It was just too many mistakes for a wedding. I also used Partytime Rental on Rodney Parham and LOVED them!. I would never use or recommend Fairytale Florals to any one I know. Once you do a wedding everyone want to know who you used and I definitley would not recommend this company!
