Before Christmas I went online to have someone from North Little Rock to contact me to have water tested and talk about possible filter system. I never received a call from anyone. I called North Little office and made appt to bring in water to test. Brought in water on 29 December and had tested. The owner was not there so the receptionist called and he walked her through testing process. They did not have the correct items to check for rust. I asked the owner to call and since Monday was New Years he said he would call first thing Tuesday. It is now Friday and no call. I called them again and owner was not there so I left another message for him to call me. Not happy with their service and since they are the only Culligan dealer in the area I will have to go with another water service company.
