I took my car to a reputable auto service shop over a month ago who told me I needed a new transmission and that it would cost me about $5,000 plus labor... After 4 weeks my car was still there and nothing had been done to it. The owner kept telling me he had to get a quote on the transmission, the oil that needed to go in the transmission, the amount that it would take to reset the digitals in the car and his labor cost... but every time I would call, he could not give me a exact amount. Not sure why he was delaying working on my car. My son picked my car up from this place took it to Budget Transmission (Brian) to get a second opinion. Brian... where have you been all my life? He was so nice and professional... he really cared about getting my car back up and running and knew exactly what was wrong with it and I DID NOT need a new transmission. The total cost to fix my car was a HUGE jump down from $5,000. THANK YOU BRIAN!!!

Great people doing great work. If you have a Transmission issue with your car do yourself a favor and take it to Budget Transmission.

Horrible experience with Budget. They replaced my transmission but did not replace the rear main seal. After learning that it was not any extra as far as labor made me mad. Sad that a business like this is still in operation that takes advantage of its customers.

This company is terrific. I recommend to everyone. No fuss, no muss...dropped my vehicle off, they called with an estimate, after allotted time for repair, the company advised my vehicle was ready. My down time was short, communication was straight forward and professional. I will definitely use them again!!!

Honest and friendly! Brian was awesome. Thankful that our transmission is ok! Referred us for other work and sent over computer codes. Very impressed!!

They charge to much money and give you a run around about the warranty! I will not use them ever again! EVER!

This transmission shop is a life saver. They are reasonable and timely. Brian Gilbert has helped me out on several deals and is honest. Im a dealer and send all my transmission issues to them. I have referred several others whom where all happy. This is as good as it gets in Arkansas....Tommy
