My husband goes to no regular Dr.s in LAS VEGAS,NV. He uses only them. They have saved his life during massive heart attack. He had 5 arteries 98%blocked with hard plaque. Only 20% of heart was working. They could not take care of his heart, so they paid to send him to an excellent heart surgeon. In 3 days his surgery was done. I have nothing to say but good about them. The mental health Dr.s are also great. Work well with PTSD patients. Will help all vets from WW2 to todays vets coming from Iraq,Afghanistan also other places. You did your duty with ARMY,NAVY MARINES,AIR FORCE COAST GUARD!!! They got your medical care covered.

The map function on this site is not that good. Where I wanted to go was almost a straight shot, mostly freeway, however, the directions that were given want to take around town and at one point do a loop-d-loop around a parking lot.

I don't know who or whom programs these things, however, they probably have never been in a vehicle other than the subway.
