The nice lady on the phone quated me .50 cents per pound. In California the price per pound is 1.75 per pound. Come on nevada, get with the program. This is no incentive to recycle.

Myself and a couple of my co-workers have visited several recycling yards, and all we have to say is that Nevada Recycling is the most helpfull and straight forward company. Everytime we arrive we are always helped by the crew at Nevada Recyclign and their cashiers and very nice. I also would like to say that when I have called to get their current prices the ladies on the phone and very nice and patient. Nevada Recycling has always been my favorite recycling center and therefore i have refered a few of my friends.

Prices of course are always subject to change but as of september 17, 2008 I called###Nevada Recycling and verified the price per pound for aluminum cans and was told###.60cents per pound

They are never consistant, always changing what they can and cannot pick up for recycling!

Our company works with ONLY 3/16inch steel plate or larger, when we went to collect our money from recycling our steel we were paid for a mixed load of tin. Upon trying to prove our case the machines had already moved our pile. Never before have we had steel plate considered tin anywhere that we have worked in from Dallas to Denver to Salt Lake. We spent time preparing all this metal to size and we were only paid a fraction of what it was worth. ### They should take more time checking loads instead of assuming what is in the pile!!! Very disappointing company to work with.
