Service is extremely slow even with appointments. Employees are moving super slow laughing and gossiping not assisting customers. The worse government office ever.

I have never felt like being so harrassed and discriminated walking into this place. There is a fat woman at the front window behind a plexy glass that smarts off and treats you so demeaning. I asked for her supervisor and her supervisor never came out to speak with me. When I was getting some flyers and she demanded that I sit down. I am entitled to common respect and dignity when I walk into your facility. Regardless how you feel behind your plexy glass. I been there before and she acted out as well. Mind you I am a very nice person. I just don't settle for discrimination and harassment or any sort. When it's the law. If you happen to stumble across this rude abnoxious lady. Please inform the management if she gets out of line with you. Maybe then they will listen to us. And take this more serious. I worked many of jobs and never in my world would I treat customers like that. EVER.
