A superior experience from the phone call to Tracy in the office to the installation. I called Tracy for some information, she was so patient and exceeded my expectations in her knowledge and pleasant manner, Tracy arranged for Tom to visit me that same day - that's CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tom did visit that day, spoke to me in language that I could understand, I was so impressed that I contracted Tom right then and there for the solar screens. Tracy kept me posted on progress and when they would be installed (sooner than expected), installer was knowledgeable, efficient and most of all pleasant (I have two small dogs and the instller never lost his focus or get upset with the dogs barking).This has been the best vendor experience I have had in the 19 years living in Las Vegas and Henderson.Kudos toTom - what a great team!!!

I called multiple companies for solar screens but Tom, the owner of Atomic, on a day's notice showed up on time, and gave us a great deal on screens for our entire home, even the sliding glass doors! No sales pitch, Tom simply showed us all the options for our home at different price points, discussed the pros and cons of each one, and really listened to our needs. They worked with us on payments, and had everything installed within a week. No hassles, just a great product. Tracy and Tom provide excellent, professional, and courteous customer service. And the product...what a difference! The quality screens give us privacy and keep enough sun out to cool the house, but still let enough light in to keep the lights off in the daytime. I am so glad we went with this product and so glad we went with this company. They are one of the few companies that keep customer service alive. Highly recommended!

We ordered bug and sun screens for our home. Tom the owner came to explain the various products and measure. He spent time with us and provided excellent information.The screens were delivered before the promised date!Construction and installation --perfect. This is a family owned business that takes pride in doing great work.. All of the people, Tom, the office manager and the installation person went beyond expectations to assure us of satisfiedresults. We recommend them without reservations.

Atomic Solar screens were recommended to me three years ago when I lived in my previous home. they did a great job there so it was a no-brainer to use them again. Their level of professionalism is beyond reproach. Tom arrived on time to measure and give me a quote, his installers arrived on time to install. They even cleaned the outside of my windows prior to installation. I have recommended Atomic to my friends and those who have used the service have been very happy. Should I ever need solar screens again I will use Atomic Solar Screens without hesitation.

We are very pleased with Atomic Solar Screens' product and service! Also, the solar screens make a huge difference in the interior temperature of our house. We were even able to raise the thermostat and it still feels very cool and comfortable inside. We should have done this years ago! Cannot wait to see if we notice the savings on our electric bill!

I made the mistake of installing tint to my windows first. While the tint does reduce glare and reflect heat, my windows got VERY HOT. I called Atomic Solar Screens, got measured and quoted within a day and installed 10 days later. Not bad for June, there busiest season. My screens have a white frame with black fabric, a perfect compliment for my house AND the Solar Screens reflect allot more heat before the sun can heat the glass. My windows are a little dark due to both tint and screens, but the HOT Vegas sun can't get in. We're very happy with Atomic Solar, the finished product is very well made and looks great. I highly recommend them.

I attempted to get a quote from the owner of the company twice now to no avail. I spoke to him on a Saturday and he told me to call back during the week. No big deal, that is completely understandable. I spoke to his assistant Friday morning and we planned on a afternoon appointment. I did not hear back from them so I called and spoke to Tom the owner at 4:30 to see if they were still going to come. His exact words were "That is absolutely not going to happen." I would understand if they call, look stuff happens. What is not ok with me is not calling, not showing up, and then not apologizing at all. Just a smug response. You will not be getting my business!Jesse

Now that we have our solar screens installed, I can't imagine not having them while living in Las Vegas. Atomic Solar Screens, did a prompt and professional job, and we would recommend this company to anybody considering solar screens.Even with the newer “e” glass, our windows are noticeably cooler with our solar screens now installed. I used Atomic Solar Screens, and I am so happy of the level of service I got. They were professional, courteous, on time and efficient. . The price I paid was very reasonable. The best thing was, that after the installation was complete, they even cleaned up my yard from any screws or trash. The whole transaction with Atomic Solar Screens from the phone interaction to the installation was awesome.

After four estimates our decision came down to cost and perceived trustworthiness. Tom offered information that the others guys seemed unprepared for when questioned. We had existing screens that they matched perfectly. The screens look great and where installed quickly. Thanks.
