I went into the Sears Hometown Store in North Kingstown on 1/2/19 with a broken accessary lid that attaches to the top of my Kenmore vacuum which I purchased less than a year ago. I received excellent customer service by the owner Tom Iacobucci. He greeted me & quickly addressed the problem. I was provided a replacement & I appreciate being politely & efficiently accommodated.
