I did not see the "Don't Waste Your Time" comment and wish I had. I waited 18 days to hear from the company about shipping not one but two orders. Called twice and left messages, but they never responded. I finally got frustrated and sent them emails canceling both orders. The only good thing I can say is that my credit card was never charged.

I am so disturb by the customer service of this online store that searched for an opportunity to blast them. I placed an order on Monday with a 3-day Select delivery service. The company placed a hold on my account, never sent a shipment confirmation, I called day two, day three, no answer, no email - but the DAY AFTER MY DELIVERY DATE- I receive a phone mail and an email cancellation notice, "they no longer had my item". Poor, Poor, Awful Customer Service! I would like to know when did they decide to pull my item? Big Mistake - BIG! (In the voice of Pretty Woman)
