So i was throwing a bonfire last weekend and was having a hard time finding places that sell firewood, so i stumbled upon this place over the internet. I called and at first the associate was nice and friendly but when i ask a question about pricing and which wood was cheapest and which wood would last a while the associates attitude changed. He said "(sigh...) You know I'm on the other line..." which was not helpful at all. But not only did they lose my service as a customer, their employee response was rude causing me to write a negative response for their company.
