I have been buying tile at Firenze for approximately 3 years now and every time I go in the showroom, the ladies there greet me with a warm smile and awesome design expertise.



I live in a condo in Hollywood and have been renovating it for a couple years now. Every time I need tile, I visit about 3-5 different showrooms...but without fail, Firenze makes the sale every time. Their selection is wide, their prices aren't crazy, -(like some places in Hollywood and West Hollywood), and the ladies are quite charming, if I do say so myself.



I wrote this review because I forgot Firenze's phone number and I needed to google search their name to get it. I read the review from "Roscoe3" and was disturbed at how mean spirited it was. I'm baffled actually. Firenze is a 5-Star business. Period. I'm buying more tile from them now actually.
