A Thru Z Lock & Key answered their phone right away. Gary answered all of my questions and was able to give me the price over the phone and an ETA. He was only a couple of minutes late, but was very professional and called to apologize and to let me know that he was close. My mailbox lock broke today and he replaced the lock. He had to custom fit the pieces and make a small tweek to the hinges on the door so it could work smoothly. He did all this very fast and made sure I was satisfied with his work. He was also very courteous to my 5 year old son who watched him work and occasionally peppered him with questions. He even told us about his two young daughters. He was very personable, which is something I and many people appreciate as it is very rare anyone wants to be in a position where they would need a locksmith to begin with (i.e. getting locked out of something). I highly recommend this service to anyone with locksmithing needs in the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita areas.
