I Love this restaraunt it is great if you're tired of paying extra for less, come to this place they will hook you up so fat you can eat a couple of times off of one meal.I love it !

I think this place is great if you want huge portions for the price. We have eaten there since the early 90's. Myself nor any of my friends and family have ever gotten sick from this restaurant. Being of Chinese descent, I've had horrible, bad, good, and excellent Chinese food. The quality of the food is good. However, not as authentic as the Chinese restaurants on Broadway or Stockton Blvd. The service is very good considering the service at most Asian establishments lacks in friendliness. Good place for someone that wants to feed a family for cheap. The combination plates are enough to feed at least 2 people and usually run from $5.00-7.00. Hope you enjoy and happy eating!!

I had heard good reviews about this restaurant from one of my friends who have dined there regularly. Before going to Wong's Canton Chinese Restaurant I had even read the reviews and from what I read it appeared to be a good restaurant.



Well my husband and I ordered several items.



1. Sweet and Sour pork

2. Chicken Chow Mein

3. Pork Egg rolls

4. Vegetable egg rolls

5. Shrimp fried rice

6. Pot stickers



We ordered six different items. We believed that it was either the sweet and sour pork that made us sick or it was the chicken chow mein. Maybe the meat was not cooked well.



That same night that we ordered the food my husband felt like he had to throw up. The next morning he was on the toilet; whereas, I was both on the toilet and threw up all day. I did not get to bed until 1 in the morning. My stomach was in deep pain. My stomach pains lasted for two days.



I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT. We did go an hour before they closed and the only thing that I could of think of is maybe they rushed to cook the food but whatever the case is I highly recommed that inspectors come and check this place out because they have no right making people sick.



Their prices are reasonable but it's a huge price to pay when you are sick and can't get to sleep because your stomach is on a roller coaster from something you ate from there.
