DO NOT GO HERE, FOR THEM IT'S MONEY FIRST PATIENT LAST! DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO TAKE EARLY APPOINTMENT FEES!

I just enjoyed my first visit with this office. I had previously been to a different office in North Chicago, but did not feel welcome there like at Greenbay Family Dental. I am so happy that my neighbor suggested that I try Dr. Charles. This is where I will continue to go with my family until my husband has to move to another military command.

My family has been patients of the office for more than 25 years! Prior to this office I had been to too many different offices to remember. I have stayed with Greenbay Famiy Dental because they treat like family and not just another patient. The office staff has always made me and my family feel welcome. In fact this office was the first dentist to see my children and now my grandchildren go to them as well. I have always appreciated that the doctors and staff talk with me about my treatment and what my insurance coverage should be. I was just seen and was excited to hear that Dr. Stanczak has retired. I met the new owner Dr. Susan Charles and felt so comfortable with her. She even took the time to introduce me to Dr. Kara Chang who works there as well. I am looking forward to seeing both of them in the future.

I've been using this dentist for years and I've had execeptional service however recently I called to cancel an appointment and the lady that answered the phone was totally disrespectiful and snotty. Although I like Dr. Stanzek, I'm sure he has no clue how the ladies at the front desk behave. I then wrote a letter and faxed it with hopes that some one would return my call. To this day no one has even return my call to discuss. I will be looking for a new dentist and request that my paper work be transferred.
