Don't be mislead by all the negative comments people write. My experience in this office was very pleasant. The doctor doing my wisdom teeth had some difficulties extracting my wisdom teeth but thank god he was able to get Dr. Kosina to help him on a saturday morning. He got it out in less than 5 minutes. These doctors are very professional who care about their patients. Excellent staff and excellent dental assistant assisting the extraction.

WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. If I could give a huge ZERO for stars I would. A dentist that practices in this office destroyed my enamel on my teeth. The job was poorly done. The manager that is in charge is a typical don't care because you have the medical card type of lady. Staff is rude, assistants are rude. Look at the reviews before you ever step foot in here. Came just for a braces special ended up having to get a gang of fillings that I supposedly needed before I could start treatment. Now they won't refund the money I paid them upfront for my lab fees and pictures for ortho evaluation. Btw that cost $195. Called and demanded refund and was told I'd have to pay additional $50.00 for them to send me any pictures or X-rays. This office is MONEY HUNGRY! Trust me you don't want to trust these people with your smile in their hands.

Sincerly, HIGHLY disappointed patient

They toke out the wrong tooth want me to pay for a denture, toke no responsibility for what they have done to me! They are making me pay for what they have done wrong. Right now i am in so much emotional distress. I cant give people the same smile ive had and it is killing me. I am so devistated. Horrible service and the staff is so rude. I have been seen at the round lake facility and the extraction was at the north Chicago branch and yet they say they have no record of the extraction. They are money hungry and i have never felt so disappointed in life.
