Great service -very quick and accommodated schedule. Appreciated the call to let me know technician was on the way. Very courteous and professional - no wasted time just came in looked around explained the problem and got right to work.

I highly recommend this company. My problem occurred on a Saturday, when it's difficult to even contact a plumber not to mention to get him to help you on a weekend. Roto-Rooter had someone at my house in one hour. What I didn't realize is that the Roto-Rooter people aren't just drain experts, but fully qualified plumbers as well...an important factor if your problem might have other related plumbing issues. I'm very happy with the quality and expertise of the people at Roto-Rooter and the service they provide.

These people came very quickly, assessed the damage and corrected immediately as a temporary solution. They used a snake with a camera to give us an assessment of the damage and made recommendations with options. They came back the day they said they would at the time they said they would and replaced the damaged sewer pipe with minimum disruption to the site. They coordinated identification of all the utility lines. They avoided damaging a very closely-located power line. Once the repair was made every attempt was made to leave the site as it was prior to the repair even to the point of raking out the cut marks made by the backhoe. Very professional.

Don't WASTE your money..

Charged me $500 and didn't even fix the problem

Completely unreasonable pricing**Called the manager, ART, and got no where, except he thinks it was justified.

If you call a plumber, call someone who will fix the problem, not just charge you $500 for nothing.

I value everything I work for and this was completely unreasonable.
