Took 6 weeks to to get this company to come out to my home for a minor repair. Then another week to get an estimate, ( still waiting) then after I sign the estimate it is another 3 weeks, if it does not rain. My patience has worn out. This is not the only roofer in Charleston and mount Pleasant.

Avoid at all cost. Unreliable, unprofessional.

Wow! I was about to have them do my roof but not so much after reading the terrible reviews.

We were not very satisfied with the presentation this company had and we were very disappointed in their customer service. They were in such a rush to give the estimate and were not willing to spend anytime with us or willing to answer any questions we had. Spending $7,000 is very important to us and we wanted to make an educated decision. They acted like the next customer was more important or who knows maybe he had to go on a date, but either way they did not get my business and we will not refer out. Very Unprofessional.

They did a top notch job for me. Very professional. Had a small leak about 6 months after the roof was put on, called the office Tony Williford his self was there with in the hour, climbed on the roof and found where the satellite guy created the issue not sealing a hole he made to run wires. He fixed it on the spot, shook my hand and asked me to have a nice day.. That was it. Wasnt even their problem but he fixed it and called it warrenty work. Wouldnt even consider any other company. Highly recommend.
