called this morning for a tow lady answering the phone was very nice and helpful they told me it would be an hour and they were there in 30 mins.

Just got towed called them I was in middle of road driver was there in 20 mins, lady on the phone was very nice and helpful was home in 45 mins after calling for tow truck couldn't ask for better service

Fabulous service fast & friendly service they were there in less time than they said got me home & safe

I contacted my insurance company at approx 0115 in the morning. Spivey was to arrive at 0300. They cancelled at 0400. The dispatcher gave me several different time updates. All were lies. The last update of three, she could not reach the driver. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!

My insurance angency contacted spivys as my roadside assistant and without even coming to my location told them that they arrived to my car and they couldn't give me a tow I was in the car no tow truck was spotted

Great service was stuck inn mud called another company waited 3 hrs never showed called Spiveys they were there in 25 mins and very reasonable on the prices. Will always call them .

best company ever they saved me a few times in the past and always fast prompt service..thanks spiveys

I will NEVER use this company again. Not only did they make me wait 2 1/2 hrs for the driver to arrive,when he did he was extremely rude and threatened to leave my car on the side of the road when he got lost trying to find the garage to drop it off at!
