Last I knew, we stopped at RT's on Cross County Road and IT WAS GONE!!!! Please advise new address, thanks!

I am sorry but I am going to have to agree with the first review. My husband was told it would be a couple of days and it's been 2 weeks. When I read the review, I called to find out where they were on fixing the weed eater and they told me it wasn't ready. I told the women answering the phone that I just wanted to pick it up and she sound surprised. About 15 mins later she calls back to say, "oh he has it on his bench working on it." Really??? I explained to this raspy (20 year smoker I’m sure) voice woman what we were told and then asked to speak to "RT". Not placing me on hold this woman tells him and I quote, "I just got my @$$ chewed out" Really???? I told him I didn't appreciate having his worker implied that I cursed or spoke to her in anyway other than professionally. He said, "I'm sweating in the shop and I don't know what's going on." Really? Do you think I'm surprised by that? In the end, he had the nerves to ask for four more days to fix what he said was already apart on the work bench....I think NOT

DROPPED OFF PRESSURE WASHER SUPPOSE TO COST $20 WILL CALL ME IF OVER $50 SUPPOSE TO TAKE 3 DAYS.



4 WEEKS LATER I GET IT BACK $85 PULL CORD STILL BROKE CROSS THREADED BOLT INTO 3000PSI AREA AND AKMOST KILLED MY WORKER WHEN IT SHOT OUT AND HIT HIM IN THE FACE.
