Poor Customer Service- being new to Charleston I went to this place to look at tile. Now granted Im not the most sucessful looking person- and I had been working in yard at house so I looked alittle grubby. I went to look at tile for a remodel of my home - walked through the door and stood there for at least 10 minutes, finally a man came from the back- he said hello, but not can I help you- i asked if he could help me and he said he was leaving but one of his employees would help me. After looking around for another 10 minutes I left because no one ever came from the back. I ended up at Melcer Tile and they were fabulous!
