Worst rental company ever. One and half weeks before my wedding and they screwed my size up. Jacket 2 sizes too big. Pants 2 sizes too big. Tried saying after 5 months I lost weight. I've weighed 145 lbs for 7 years. Finally got them to admit that they messed up. Very awful customer service. I do not recommend using this company, unless you want the incorrect size.

Ok so the good part Avis in the north charleston was such great help! Linda in the other hand was very rude and I heard her on the phone with a costumer terrible attitude, latter I asked her a question and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone this lady needs anger management she talked to me the costumer like I'm stupid! Just such a shame for people your paying to be so disrespectful.

Rude, rude, rude!!! The tuxes were big on two of our guys. I caught the workers rolling their eyes the whole time and talking about us because we mentioned the flaws. I would not recommend this location to anybody! The rudeness was a little too much! And I only gave one star because I couldn't do no stars.
