I've been going here for a long time and have spent thousands having work done to my bike. I've continued to go to this location because I've thought it best to have a Harley Davidson store to fix my Harley. I figured they would know the most so I bit my tongue and dealt with not receiving the best customer service and not being treated with appreciation for bringing my business to them. I decided to write this review because I realize their customer service and satisfaction is not going to get any better and I want people to know what to expect if they decide to bring their business here. Here is my latest unsatisfactory experience with this company.

Within the past year, I had some work done on my bike. I was told that I needed to purchase a Harley battery or they would not guarantee the work they did. So, I bought one from them even though I had a working battery that I had just purchased a few months before on my bike. I just today picked up my bike from them which needed a new starter and a new battery which cost me a little over a $1000.00 to fix. I was told that they would not replace my battery that I just bought from them earlier this year at their insistence because the battery I bought from them was not completely dead yet. It still registered as having some juice on their machines even though it doesn't have enough power to start my bike and it will not recharge to full power! So, instead of them replacing my battery and making the situation right, I had to purchase another one!! I am not someone who is looking for something for nothing. I don't even believe the saying that the customer is always right because they aren't! But I do believe that if a company is providing a service for payment that their work and products should be guaranteed! I was told the battery was guaranteed when I bought it so I expect to be! I expect a company to stand by their words with their actions and its a shame when they don't.
