*WARNING* DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE!

I dont even know where to begin with this company. Its run by one guy, who does all the work. I brought my laptop in to get some work done on it. The guy never calls you back, and gives deadlines he cant keep. There were MULTIPLE times that I would call him to check on the progress of my computer, and he would tell me the same thing every time, and never ONCE called me back. He kept my computer for 3 WEEKS, and did MINIMAL work to it, and by work I mean ripping it apart, removing the hard drive and fan, thats it. Him and his wife (who also works there) took a vacation while he had my computer. This place a way overpriced, and is too slow to get your computer back in a timely manner. Their unorganized and have a messy office, in other words, its a computer graveyard. Dont waste your time or money, because thats the only thing this company is good for. TRUST ME.

I asked to have my computer back the same day. I even confirmed with the guy that I would have it that same night. I turned in my computer at 1:30 on saturday afternoon, the guy calls back at 8:30 saying that he will have it back by Sunday. I called Sunday to see how far he was with it, and he says that he hasn't got a chance to touch it. It is now Monday and I still haven't heard back from the guy. I would not recommend this guy again. His name is Clinton.

In this shop you will find real service. Not only the smile, but the quality is excellent too, and they keep their promise: fixed the same day, wow. I am really happy with them. It was unbelievable, I called after hours, they told me to meet them at their shop, and they were there waiting for me. They talked to me in a language I could understand, met all my expectations and even more. I would definitely recommend this place; they know what they are doing. Kudos
