My personal experience is the supporting staff are completely incapable of preparing patience. I am a high risk patient and have to see them every 5 years. I called 3 weeks ago and was told they would be mailing all paperwork. Never received them and spoke with them last week and was told they would mail again. After never getting them I called AGAIN and was told it was e-mailed. How is that possible as I never gave my e-mail address from me AND then they couldn't find it listed in my paperwork, so they lied saying they mailed it.

I was then called in medicine and found out it was all wrong. I then gave them my e-mail address and when I got the paperwork it had the wrong procedure date written on (2 days earlier).

I am thoroughly disappointed and surprised by this practice "customer service". When I spoke with the office manager, Marie, I requested speaking with the physician and was told I couldn't that "That's what they pay us to do". I was told it was time to break apart and for me to find another practice that would make me happy.

I highly recommend this facility. I went in for a colonoscopy yesterday and was treated very well by everyone from the receptionist all the way to the staff member that wheeled me out to the vehicle after all was done. The staff and doctor, Dr. Florez, answered all of my questions/concerns.

I had a colonoscopy on 8/20/14 and I want to commend Dr. New and his entire staff for both their hospitality and professionalism. They were punctual, friendly, very thorough and smart enough to be next to a Waffle House for after fasting a day and a half, I was in need of food in a hurry. I am glad I was given a clean bill of health but am not going to be upset when I have to visit them again in five years as this was a very pleasant experience. Tom Frisby www.frisbygroup.org
