If you need anything done on time, do not go to Sherritt and Associates. I dropped off my information to get my return done at the end of Jan and I still have not received my return back. I gave them all the information they needed to complete my return and then when I called to inquire about my return they claimed to have never received some of my information. They even called me and asked me what my birthday was and they had a copy of my driver's license. If you enjoy consistency and having the same person work on your account this will not happen at Sherritt's every year another person has worked on my returns. I am really displeased with at this point there are 3 different people who have my financial information or have worked on my financial information and they are all no longer there. I have to answer the same questions year after year. They have excuse after excuse on why things don't get done. Oh we have a new person another person left suddenly. Obviously, something is going on over there with the fact they can't even keep anyone a year. As soon as I start to trust the new person and I really like them they get rid of them. I should have listened to some of the other businesses that have left Sherritt's over this issue. 35 years of service and integrity, trust and honesty yeah right. They are basically, used car salesman for your financial information. They should change their name to Sherritt and Associates: Snake Oil Salesman.
