my response to the review ,
Frank s.did drop off a machine that needed a lot of work done to it ,I went over the machine wrote everything down that was worn out and contact d this person ,told him it neede complete rebuild of pins and bushings on the backhoe attachment, this person came back over to look and agreed to the fact that it was worn out ,he said he was gonna order the parts ,I explained to him that I can't do any work on it until the parts come in ,because I have a lot of work in front of him ,the part s came in in alittle over two weeks ,I was on vacation on the second week , I don't carry my phone on vacation,when I got back and returned his call frank s ,asked why I didn't returned his call I explained to frank s that I was on vacation and I don't carry my phone he stated I should have and I should have called him back ,I also explained to him that I work a full time job ,and teach part time at night and work in my shop part time ,

His machine was not left in a unsecured spot ever,it's next to my house in front of my shop with video survalance on it .
I would never do that ,I'm not disrespectful,I've been in business for 27 years and never had a complaint ,

When I returned frank s is call finally ,(after taking a vacation .and explained to him that I don't wait around for parts ,I work on other peoples stuff while I'm waiting ,I told him to come get it I'm to busy to deal with trying to explain my self why I took a weeks vacations n ,
And I wasn't rude about it ,

That's what happened.
And I charged 55 .i did two hours worth of work on it ,
I get 55 per hour I was being nice about it

After dropping my machine off at this shop I was told by the owner that he would start disassembling in removing the pieces that needed to be replaced in 1.5 weeks, which was fine since I needed time to order and receive the replacement parts. After pricing the replacement parts and realizing that they would cost far more than I originally anticipated I contacted him and requested a meeting to walk through the machine and verify that I actually needed everything that I had priced. He seemed anoyed that I was contacting him and reiterated that I needed to replace all of the parts that he had originally recommended. I accepted this answer and ordered the parts. The parts arrived about 2.5 weeks after I originally dropped the machine off. I immediately called him and left a message saying that the parts had arrived and requesting a time when I could drop them off. After not hearing from him 11 days I called 3 more times and left messages asking him to call me. He did not return any of my calls. On the last call I left a message that I no longer wanted him to work on the machine. He finally called me back, not to apologize for his unresponsiveness, but to make excuses about why he had not started working on the machine. He then informed me that the key for the machine was left in the ignition and the machine was left outside in an unsecured spot. He also informed me that I owed him $55 for diagnosis fees. He provided me zero value and cost me more than a month of delay in starting the work on repairing my machine. I am massively dissatisfied in the experience that I had with this business.
