Been going here for a long time. Best place to tan. It can be expensive but its up to you how much you spend. Tons of beds, and spray tanning. They always run specials too.

This location of Palm Beach Tan is a great place to tan for the person that can't be in the sun or that doesn't have the time to lay out. The prices are amazing and very affordable. Amazing and friendly people work here. Everyone is very helpful, if you have any questions they answer them to the best of their knowledge. Very clean. ALL OF the beds are awesome! I would recommend this location of Palm Beach Tan to anyone that ask! *Kathy Hepler*

I've been using Palm Beach for several years and have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and courteous. The facility is clean and well maintained, and they don't mind showing me for the 5th time how to use a particular bed. The location and hours are convenient too! Best salon I've ever used.

I went there because it seems nice and convenient. Should have walked out immediately. Overpriced tanning and very confusing on how many different types of beds they have. They try to milk more money out of you by trying upgrades of tanning and LOTIONS. I signed up for June and asked when can I cancel? I was told I had to be a member minimum of 2 months. There's too many simple tanneries around for all the BS PBT puts you through.

Buyer beware. Once inside the door of PBT, you will be suckered out of large upfront startup fees/ costs. I initially went in because I had a coupon to join. I walked out that day 150.00 poorer. There is little competition in the immediate N. Augusta area, so they cheerfully get away with the price gouging antics. I mean, they care so little that they do not even appear to make am effort to defend themselves and surely they are aware of the negative public comments posted here.

The staff is rude and tries to pressure you into upgrading package or buy extremely overpriced expensive lotions. The beds are nice, but they DON'T TAN!! I tanned for a month 4 times/week and DIDN'T even have a good base tan. A Waste of my Money & Time! I tanned at a salon up the road and 6-8 visits had a better tan than a month at this salon!! AND, It takes forever to Stop the EFTs! My account was charged for 2 months after I canceled my membership and they give you some stupid excuse for it not canceling the EFT. I would NOT Recommend this salon to my worst enemy!! I will NEVER tan at this salon again!!

The staff isn't very educated. Only go here if it's a better deal and you know exactly what you're doing. I've received bad advice from multiple employees regarding both sunless tanning and using the tanning beds. Don't try this salon if you've got an important event soon!! Everytime I went in, they tried to sell me the latest, best product out as well. Very annoying...

Palm beach is another franchise looking to milk money from its customers. Store claims there are different levels of beds when actuallly the same bulbs go in all the beds but only the new bulbs go in the level 3 which you pay an arm and leg for. As the bulbs are used they get passed down to subsequent levels. Also the EFT is hard to understand and even harder to get out of. Their beds may be pretty but thats all. Save your money and go elsewhere.
