Provided by YPmobileIf UPS was attempting convenience with this Customer Center, they failed. Usually, when someone can not be home to pick up a package between 4 and 6 o clock, you can hold the package and pick it up between normal business hours. However, UPS apparently thinks it convenient to ONLY allow pickup between the hours of 5 PM and 6 PM. When people have late hour jobs and live 30 minutes from the nearest UPS facility, this is unacceptable. This is a anything but a customer center.
