The food I ordered was great as always. One issue I had was the delivery driver! He looked like he was "medicated" ! He could barely keep his eyes open. The. He proceeded to tell me he rounds the price up higher so it was more than what they said on the phone! Not professional at all. Other than him my experience was great.

This place needs better people to create better businesses in north Adams in order for it to flourish. :/. Pizza works- you are RIDICULOUS and gross, ohhhh annnnd ridiculously and grossly mysogynistic. It wasn't the fact that the girl who answered the phone to take my order had randomly and frequently stopped speaking-- and/or responding for ::minutes:: at a time, only to act exasperated as I placed my order (whichhhhh was pretttty simple) and then acted utterly confused by the idea that I wanted to pay with a card over the phone andddd wanted delivery---nor was it that even after repeating my order back to me ::multiple times:: you somehow managed to send us two random calzones and nothing that we actually ordered orrrr could eat, nope, it was that when I tried to call and remedy the situation, same girl answered, put me on hold, and then the "owner" got on the line online to YELL "no new order, no refund SIR. The WOMAN who placed your order SAID calzones three times I heard it. It's the woman." ohhhh did ya hear it buddy?! Was it "the woman"??Did you hear it?! Because I was THAT WOMAN , and YOU 'sir' didn't take my order, your faded high school hire did... And I wouldn't order an f-ing calzone if you PAID me right now- BC my stomach is RAGING , and I can hardly eat bread---let alone the $30 worth of yeast you slopped my way! Oh and then, as if that wasn't reason enough (to conclude the aforementioned) --when my boyfriend tried to return it to your store front you angrily attempted to wave him away(before he even entered the building), shouting "no, you order!!!!" And when he then insisted on a refund you attempted to kick him off of your property ?!!

This is sad, laughable, and discouraging.

How few seem to understand the notion that we suppress ourselves?

if you're going to own a business here, then OWN it-this city has seen enough, we don't need anymore backward businessmen, we require forward motion.

Good luck with that new business though!

We love the pizza and boneless wings. The delivery drivers are always kind and do their best to get to my house it a timely manner. I live quite a ways from them but they still deliver because we enjoy their food.

Last December we placed an order for delivery, it never came! No call no nothing, last night was awful, a trip to er with food poisoning says we will NEVER go back
