Had a number of electrical projects in my new townhouse and quickly got a response, and estimate from Mark Ruhl. I admit to being a little leery because two of the items on the estimate were "diagnostic"--which could mean any charge once the problem was found. I'm delighted to say that the problems were minor and fixed on the spot by my technicians Tim & Ernie who worked quickly and efficiently, always asking for my opinion of where I wanted an outlet or wall sconces to go. When I asked if they could also hook up three of my TVs, they were more than willing and charged me a reasonable hourly fee. The only thing I wish was better was the quality of their drywall patchwork--but since I'm having my drywall/paint contractor address it anyway that was not a big deal and it was expected. So I still rate them very highly for the reasonable price, the fast and professional service, their communication during the project and their willingness to go above and beyond when asked for additional service. I will use them again and recommend them highly to my neighbors.
